Login HELP! PLEASE!

Ok, I have been trying to log onto 62.20.177.184 but it always says Cannot connect to server. Server not found, etc. What can I do to play? At my friends house, when i log in it works just fine.. Is my IP banned or something? If so, should I provide the Ip for u?
EDIT________ ALL FIXED! I WAS IP BANNED BY SOMEONE> ALL FIXED. CLOSE TOPIC

thats not the server ip! server ip is : dark-pkz-scape.no-ip.info and darkpkzscape.no-ip.biz wow!
