how to get strength up fast if you have a high range level

Ok so if you have say 70+ range but only 1 strength and want to get it up quickly what you do is: Buy some obby rings from brian
Get a friend to come with you into wildy
Then attack him with obby rings
Instead of getting range exp you will get str exp and it is a quick way for pure rangers to get strength up quickly
(it would also be a good idea if your friend had some food...)
